Miranda Hart gets emotional and Joe Lycett exits in latest Celebrity Traitors episode

Miranda Hart became emotional and spoke about her health struggles during the sixth episode of the second series of The Celebrity Traitors. Elsewhere in the castle, Leigh-Anne offered to make a wish of Miranda's come true by showing her a dance move from the group Little Mix.

The Traitors

The episode featured a slow-moving challenge where the three traitors tried to act as sleepy as possible by yawning in a communal room. They hoped their fake tiredness would pass on to a faithful player, which would lead to that person being eliminated from the game. Viewers will have to wait until next Thursday to see the result of this cliffhanger.

Castle Dynamics

King Kenny joined the traitors in the previous episode, bringing new energy to the group. Maya Jama called the new trio vibrant, while fellow traitor James Acaster noted that Kenny took to the role naturally, drawing on his background as a boxer to keep a calm poker face despite feeling nervous inside. Kenny enjoyed his new power and hid his smile when Miranda Hart told him at breakfast that he was her main faithful, while warning him to watch out for sudden changes in people's behavior.

Banishing Joe Lycett

Joe Lycett drew heavy suspicion after loudly stating previously that he wanted to be recruited to the turret, which James Acaster felt was a massive gift to the traitors. Lycett admitted he fell into his own trap before heading to the round table, where he picked up 11 out of 14 votes. After being voted out, he confirmed to the group that he had stayed a faithful throughout his run.
