UPDATE - follow-up to Anti-CEC protest LIVE | Rahul Gandhi warns Modi, Shah, CEC Gyanesh Kumar will pay price for 'vote chori': The Cockroach Janta Party legal head Ratna Singh stated that court proceedings for the release of co-convenors Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka were deliberately delayed. Singh claimed that all required formalities had been completed for their release. According to Singh, the Special Executive Magistrate concentrated on an alleged threatening message instead of reviewing the merits of the release plea.
