French President Warns of Escalating Russian Hybrid Attacks

UPDATE - follow-up to Russian hybrid attacks against Europe intensifying, says Macron: French President Emmanuel Macron has warned that the threat of hybrid attacks by Russia against Europe and France has grown much stronger. During a news conference at the Elysee Palace, Macron announced that he ordered a plan to protect vital infrastructure and defence industry sites. He stated that France faced Russian hybrid attacks over the past few weeks and promised these actions will not go without a response. Other European leaders have also warned that Russia might be preparing attacks to test their commitment to supporting Ukraine.
