Ellie Taylor to host BBC Radio 2 show as Emma Willis joins Strictly

BBC Radio 2 announced that Emma Willis will step away from her weekday evening show while she competes in Strictly Come Dancing. The network said presenter Ellie Taylor will host the slot for the duration of Willis’s absence. Willis’s break follows her selection as a contestant on the popular dance competition, which begins in September. Taylor, known for her work on comedy panel shows and podcasts, will take over the programme starting next Monday. Radio 2 confirmed the change on its website and thanked Willis for her contributions. Listeners are encouraged to tune in for Taylor’s first episode, which will retain the same music format and guest segments.
