Bethlehem Kudumba Unit has emerged as the highest-grossing Malayalam film of all time after collecting Rs 331.09 crore worldwide. Kerala leader VD Satheesan praised the film for its portrayal of rural life and romance, saying it reminded him of his childhood and made him feel refreshed after a long break from watching movies.

Box Office

The film earned Rs 192.64 crore in gross collections across India alongside Rs 138.45 crore from overseas markets, bringing its total worldwide gross to Rs 331.09 crore with an India net collection of about Rs 165 crore. Actor and producer Fahadh Faasil clarified that producers do not receive half of the total gross amount being reported. The movie is currently streaming on JioHotstar while continuing its run in a limited number of theatres.

Cast and Crew

Satheesan called director Girish AD and actor Sangeeth Prathap to congratulate them, though he could not reach lead actors Nivin Pauly and Mamitha Baiju by phone. At the film's success celebration, Mamitha Baiju thanked Girish AD for trusting her with the lead role when she doubted her own ability to play a main heroine.
