Representative image · PexelsMoneyview, a digital‑lending platform, announced plans for a ₹750 crore initial public offering to fund loan growth. The filing shows the promoter group will cut its stake to 19.3% from 23.9% after the issue. The firm said its registered user base has risen sharply in recent quarters. At the same time, the share of non‑performing assets has climbed, indicating weaker asset quality. Total income and loan disbursals have jumped, driving a rise in net profit. Management highlighted that higher loan volumes are the main source of the profit increase. However, the company warned that pending regulatory scrutiny could curb growth of its unsecured loan segment. Analysts and investors are urged to examine the company’s post‑IPO financial disclosures before committing capital. The offering arrives as Indian equity markets watch fintech listings closely.
