Actor Triptii Dimri has expanded her career by stepping into the beauty industry as an investor, co-founder and co-creator of a new-age eye beauty brand called Peep. Explaining her move, she stated that she saw a white space in the eye category since beauty conversations usually focus on skin, lips or hair. She was attracted to Peep Coloured Contact Lenses because the brand treats the eye as its own space for self-expression.

Fitness And Routine

When it comes to staying fit, Triptii relies on tennis, Pilates and lighter strength training. She shared that tennis is special to her because she played it growing up, so it never feels like a workout. Earlier, she used to push herself as hard as possible and train intensely before shoots, which left her arriving on set tired. Now, she prefers to feel strong and have energy rather than exhausting herself. Her fitness mantra is to keep things simple, doing a proper workout if she has an hour, or opting for something lighter if she has less time. She also stopped viewing exercise as a way to punish herself for eating food she likes.

Self-Care And Remedies

For home remedies, she continues to use traditional mixtures like besan, curd and turmeric as face or body packs, and amla, reetha and shikakai for her hair. On busy days, her self-care rule involves putting her phone away for five or ten minutes to sit by herself without performing for anyone. Her ideal reset day consists of a slow morning, good food, some time alone, reading, watching something, or playing tennis and doing yoga. When travelling, her favourite destination is Italy, where she loves the Amalfi Coast, Capri, the food, the sea, and the freedom to wander around without every minute planned.
