Actor Triptii Dimri recently discussed her fitness journey, beauty choices, and everyday wellness habits in a new interview. Having starred in films like Animal and Laila Majnu, and serving as the first brand ambassador for Victoria's Secret India, she has now joined a new eye beauty brand named Peep as a backer, partner, and creator.

Business and Beauty

Explaining her move into the beauty sector, the actor stated that she noticed a gap in the market for eye-focused products since beauty discussions usually center on skin, lips, or hair. She was drawn to Peep Coloured Contact Lenses because the company treats the eyes as a unique medium for personal expression rather than copying existing market items.

Fitness Views

When it comes to staying active, Triptii favors tennis, Pilates, and light weight training rather than rigid plans. She admitted that she used to think fitness required pushing herself to the limit before film shoots, but that approach only left her tired on set. She now focuses on feeling strong and maintaining energy. Her current rule is to keep workouts simple, doing light movement even when time is short, and avoiding exercise as a form of punishment for eating food she enjoys.

Wellness and Travel

For self-care, her ideal day off includes a slow morning, good food, solitude, and zero pressure to be productive, along with skin care, tea, and sometimes tennis or yoga. She also uses traditional home remedies learned from family members, such as a face or body pack made of chickpea flour, curd, and turmeric, alongside traditional hair care ingredients like amla, reetha, and shikakai. When she travels, her favorite destination is Italy, where she enjoys exploring the Amalfi Coast, Capri, local cafes, and small towns without a rigid daily schedule.
