Passenger recounts troubling train ride over loud group

Sivasri Skandaprasad faced a difficult train journey after a large group of around 40 adults filled most of a 56-seat coach and spoke very loudly. The noise and crowding caused significant discomfort for other passengers on board. Skandaprasad asked the ticket examiner to change her seat, but she had to stay in the same noisy coach for the trip. The experience prompted her to point out a lack of basic respect for public spaces. She also shared her thoughts on the state of civic behavior and public etiquette in India following the incident.
