ITC Hotels Ltd reported a 52 percent jump in consolidated net profit to 203 crore rupees for the second quarter ending September 30, 2026. Consolidated revenue from operations reached 1,054 crore rupees, marking a 26 percent increase over the same period last year.

Growth Drivers

Growth came from rooms, food and beverage, and management fees. Standalone revenue grew 16 percent to 885 crore rupees, while standalone net profit rose 37 percent to 207 crore rupees. Room revenue climbed 22 percent because of higher rates and volumes.

Market Demand

Performance benefited from strong travel demand in key markets and busy corporate events. The BRICS Summit in New Delhi helped boost the MICE sector. Room occupancy went up to 76 percent, and average daily rates grew 14 percent.

Context

Hotel earnings often reflect wider consumer spending trends and corporate travel budgets in the country. Large international gatherings like summits typically boost local hospitality business by driving up demand for rooms and conference facilities.
