Blue Dart Express Ltd has launched International Parcel Connect, a new cross‑border parcel service linking India with the United States. The offering targets e‑commerce firms, direct‑to‑consumer brands, marketplace merchants, small‑scale exporters and other businesses seeking overseas reach. Packages between 50 grams and 11 kilograms are accepted, covering items such as clothing, fashion accessories, auto parts, books, handicrafts, imitation jewellery and rugs, along with other eligible e‑commerce goods. The service positions itself between high‑priced express options and cheaper postal alternatives, giving shippers a middle‑ground choice.\n\nBalfour Manuel, Managing Director of Blue Dart, said customers had long asked for an international solution and that the new service combines the company’s Indian operational strength with its global network. Dipanjan Banerjee, Chief Commercial Officer, explained that sellers now can pick from two delivery speeds, enjoy shipment tracking and receive support from Blue Dart’s Indian contact centre, making overseas shipping simpler.\n\nBlue Dart intends to roll the service out gradually to the United Kingdom, other European Union nations, Canada and Australia in the coming months.\n\n## Context\nInternational Parcel Connect reflects the growing demand of Indian sellers to tap foreign markets, and it fills a gap where businesses need affordable yet reliable shipping beyond domestic borders.
