Trans ACNR Solutions and eight other companies have filed draft prospectuses with SEBI to start public offerings. The filings show a clear intent to raise fresh money for business expansion and to ease existing debt burdens. Maharashtra Oil Extractions, one of the nine, aims to collect up to Rs 370 crore by issuing new shares and simultaneously offering some shares for sale. By approaching the regulator, the firms seek SEBI’s clearance before any listing can take place on the stock exchanges. The move adds new potential listings to the market pipeline and reflects growing confidence among mid‑size firms to tap public capital.
