The company unveiled the device on 29 September alongside the announcement of international singer V as its new Global Brand Ambassador.
Specifications
The headphones include a 40mm bass driver, a 13x8mm dynamic driver and a 3.2x6.0x1.15mm xMEMS tweeter with a frequency range from 20 Hz to 40 kHz. They support Hi-Res Audio, LDAC, AAC and SBC, with wired USB-C lossless audio up to 24-bit/192 kHz and a 3.5mm jack up to 24-bit/96 kHz. Nothing tuned the audio with London-based Metropolis Studios to include Flat EQ and a Studio B-inspired spatial audio profile.
Features And Battery
Active noise cancellation reaches up to 46 dB using 10 microphones, providing 5 dB better suppression and a 40% wider bandwidth than the standard model. The 1,060mAh battery delivers up to 68 hours of playback with ANC off and AAC, or 30 hours with ANC on, while a five-minute charge gives four hours of playback without ANC. The headphones weigh 327 grams, carry an IP52 dust and splash rating, and support Bluetooth 6.1.
Context
Consumer electronics brands often use celebrity brand ambassadors and flagship audio gear launches to build broader brand appeal and capture market share in the premium audio segment. The inclusion of advanced audio codecs and custom driver setups reflects a wider industry push toward high-resolution wireless listening experiences.
