Savannah Chrisley and Jason Galanis secretly married in the Cayman Islands on July 14, following about a year of dating and months before announcing their pregnancy. The wedding took place at the Cayman Islands Baptist Church two days before the 56-year-old businessman's birthday. The couple also plans a larger celebration in May 2027 after delaying original January plans due to the pregnancy. Marriage records and real estate reports show Galanis recently moved into a Nashville-area home that Chrisley purchased for $2.225 million in February. The 5,207-square-foot property features five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms. Chrisley announced on October 27 that she was expecting her first child with Galanis, later defending the relationship on Instagram and her podcast, Unlocked with Savannah Chrisley, while calling him her forever and praising his support during doctor appointments. Galanis was previously sentenced to 189 months in federal prison in September 2020 for securities fraud schemes and had his sentence commuted by President Donald Trump in March 2025. He also served time at the same federal prison camp in Pensacola, Florida, where Chrisley's father, Todd Chrisley, was also held before receiving a presidential pardon alongside Julie Chrisley in May 2025. Galanis previously worked with Hunter Biden and Devon Archer, and testified in March 2024 during the Republican impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden.

Context

Reality television stars and public figures often draw intense public scrutiny regarding their personal lives and legal pasts. The couple met through political circles in July 2025, and Galanis proposed in the Cayman Islands in December before designing an engagement ring with Genovese Jewelers.
