Trivikram Praises Venkatesh as Family Drama Star Ahead of Aadarsha Kutumbam Release

Pre-Release Event

Writer-director Trivikram Srinivas praised actor Venkatesh Daggubati at the pre-release event of Aadarsha Kutumbam, also known as House No. 47, held in Hyderabad earlier this week. Trivikram stated that Venkatesh's career proved an actor could become a superstar by specializing in family dramas.

Long Collaboration

The film marks a reunion between Trivikram and Venkatesh after more than twenty years, following their earlier works Nuvvu Naaku Nachav and Malliswari. Trivikram recalled how Venkatesh supported him early in his career during Pavitra Bandham and Pelli Chesukundam when he was little known, and showed immense faith in him during the narration of Nuvvu Naaku Nachav.

Plot and Cast

In the film, Venkatesh plays Chittubabu, a middle-class man struggling with debts who wins a lottery and shifts his family to a luxurious villa before unexpected developments drag them into a world of crime. The movie also stars Srinidhi Shetty, Nivetha Pethuraj, Nara Rohith, Satya, Rao Ramesh, and Raghu Babu, with cinematography by Ravi K Chandran and music by S Thaman.

Context

Pre-release events in the Telugu film industry serve as promotional platforms where cast and crew members share behind-the-scenes stories and build anticipation ahead of theatrical runs. Family-comedy entertainers have historically been a popular genre in regional cinema, often blending relatable household dynamics with genre twists.
