Varun Beverages Ltd posted a consolidated net profit of ₹830.6 crore in the September quarter of 2026, a 13.54 % rise from the same period a year earlier. A year earlier, the July‑September quarter had delivered a net profit of ₹731.51 crore. The jump was driven by double‑digit volume growth in India and overseas markets. Revenue from operations climbed 33.3 % to ₹6,815.58 crore, up from ₹5,112.43 crore a year ago. Total expenses rose 35.77 % to ₹5,880.55 crore, reflecting higher input and distribution costs. The company’s total consolidated income, which includes other income, reached ₹6,935.44 crore, a 31.85 % increase. On a standalone basis, mainly Indian sales, revenue grew 24.75 % to ₹3,822.44 crore. The firm follows the calendar year as its fiscal year. Shares of Varun Beverages slipped to ₹398 on the Bombay Stock Exchange on Friday afternoon, down 3.83 % from the previous close. ## Context The company is PepsiCo’s largest franchise bottler in the country, so its results mirror demand for carbonated drinks and other beverages. Higher volumes helped offset the rise in costs, keeping profit growth solid.
