National Aluminium Company shares have delivered strong long-term returns despite facing recent pressure in the markets. The stock has risen 242 percent in three years and 228 percent in five years. Over the past year, the shares have gained 33 percent. At the same time, the stock has declined in the short term, falling 7 percent in one month, 9 percent in three months, and 20.5 percent in six months.

Board Meeting

Investors are now watching the company for fresh performance cues. NALCO has scheduled a board meeting for November 2, 2026. The board will consider and approve its Q2 and first-half FY27 financial results. Directors will also consider a potential interim dividend for FY27 during the meeting, though the payout is not guaranteed until a final decision is announced.

Dividend History

NALCO has a strong history of rewarding shareholders through multiple interim and final payouts. For FY26, the company announced a total dividend of ₹10.50 per share, which equals 210 percent of its face value of ₹5. This payout included three interim dividends of ₹4, ₹4.50, and ₹2, along with a final dividend of ₹1 per share. The trailing dividend yield currently stands at around 3.68 percent to 3.73 percent.

Analyst Outlook

A technical report by Ventura issued on October 29, 2026, gave NALCO a BUY call with a target price of ₹380. The reference market price at the time was ₹323.50. The report noted that the stock fell from ₹422.20 in August 2026 to a low of ₹293 in October. It has since attracted buying interest and broken out of a descending channel.
