Rajinikanth arrives in an autorickshaw for Dharman shooting in Mysuru

Arrival

Superstar Rajinikanth reached the shooting location of his upcoming film Dharman in Mysuru by travelling in an autorickshaw. A large crowd of fans had gathered outside the venue to see him, and he was accompanied by his security team. Wearing a maroon shirt and a veshti, he waved and greeted the cheering fans warmly as he stepped out of the vehicle.

Fan Reactions

As security staff tried to close a gate to manage the growing crowd, the cheering intensified and Rajinikanth walked back out to acknowledge his supporters once more. Several children were present with their parents, and some fans mimicked his famous hand gesture from the 2002 film Baba. Earlier that day, the actor visited the Chamundeshwari Temple in Mysuru dressed in his signature all-white attire without makeup.

Cast and Crew

Directed by Ashwath Marimuthu, Dharman features a star-studded cast including Simran, Raashii Khanna, and Yogi Babu alongside the lead actor. Visuals and shared photos from the Mysuru schedule have also sparked speculation that Telugu actors Ram Pothineni and Sreeleela might join the project, though their casting remains officially unconfirmed. Raashii Khanna earlier posted and then deleted a photo featuring Ram Pothineni and Rajinikanth because Ram's involvement had not been announced yet. Kamal Haasan is producing the film alongside Rajinikanth, and the project previously saw directors Sundar C and Cibi Chakravarthi attached before Ashwath Marimuthu took over.
