Honda has officially showcased its new Honda ADV 125 adventure scooter at the EICMA 2026 motor show as a more affordable option compared to the larger ADV 160. Built specifically to target city riders and European A1 license holders, the scooter has been presented at the show rather than launched in stores yet.

Performance And Build

The scooter runs on a 125cc liquid-cooled eSP+ SOHC 4-valve engine that produces 12.5 PS of power at 8,750 rpm and 11.7 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm. It is designed to cruise smoothly at 90 kilometres per hour, while reaching a top speed of 97 kilometres per hour. According to WMTC mode and company details, it offers a fuel economy of 47.6 kilometres per litre from an 8-litre fuel tank, allowing for a total range of up to 385 kilometres on a full tank. The body features a sharp and muscular design mirroring Honda's adventure family, complete with a large windscreen, aggressive dual headlights with integrated DRLs, step-up seats, and an upswept exhaust. It uses a steel tubular underbone frame with front telescopic forks and rear dual shock absorbers, paired with 14-inch front and 13-inch rear wheels carrying block-pattern tubeless tyres.

Features And Technology

Stopping power is handled by a 240mm front disc and a 220mm rear disc with Nissin brake calipers, alongside standard single-channel ABS. The scooter offers 165mm of ground clearance, a 780mm seat height, 29 litres of under-seat storage, and a 2-litre glove box. For connectivity and rider comfort, it includes a 5-inch TFT display with Honda RoadSync for smartphone pairing to access messages, navigation, and music. Additional equipment features Honda's Smart Key for keyless ignition, seat and fuel cap access, anti-theft protection, an answer-back function, a USB Type-C charging port, and optional accessories like heated grips and a 40-litre top box. It will be available in four colour options: Pearl Falcon Grey, Pearl Cool White, Mat Cynos Gray Metallic, and Mat Pearl Diaspro Red.
