A brand new theatrical horror franchise titled Jaani Dushman – Darr Ke Aage Maut Hai is officially on the way, with Bhumi Satish Pednekkar signed on to play the main role.

The Production Team

T-Series Films led by Bhushan Kumar and Almighty Motion Picture headed by Prabhleen Sandhu are teaming up once again for this project. The two companies previously worked together on Made in India – A Titan Story. Behind the camera, Arshad Syed takes on directing duties while Robbie Grewal joins as the creative producer. This marks a reunion for the makers following their work on the paranormal thriller series Bhay – The Gaurav Tiwari Mystery.

Stunts and Story

For the action elements, the studio has hired Peter Pedrero, a well-known international stunt specialist whose past work includes major franchises like Harry Potter, Fast & Furious, The Expendables, Game of Thrones, and The Conjuring. His job will involve shaping the movie's physical effects, supernatural moments, and action choreography. The plot takes place in the United Kingdom and centers on a mother and daughter, mixing family secrets with scary occurrences.

Producer Statements

Discussing the venture, Bhushan Kumar noted that working with Prabhleen Sandhu is always enjoyable and that Pedrero's stunt background brings a key element to the screen. Prabhleen Sandhu expressed excitement about partnering with T-Series again and praised Pednekar's acting talent. The movie presentation comes from Gulshan Kumar and T-Series. Additional producers include Krishan Kumar and Ajay Singhal, alongside co-producers Shiv Chanana and Sunita Vinod Vyas.
