Popular YouTuber Sourav Joshi Opens Doors to Multi-Crore Haldwani Bungalow

Popular YouTuber Sourav Joshi owns a multi-crore luxury bungalow in Haldwani, Uttarakhand, valued between 5 and 8 crore rupees. His channel has around 40 to 4.2 million subscribers who watch his daily family vlogs. Filmmaker and choreographer Farah Khan recently visited his home with her cook Dilip to shoot a house tour video with Sourav and his wife, Avantika Joshi, whose marriage took place in November last year.

House Features

The Haldwani residence features a large lobby area, neutral-colored drawing room with a double-height ceiling, a wooden display cabinet, off-white sofas, and indoor plants. The smart-home system controls the lighting, curtains, security, and lift. The ground floor contains three to four rooms for parents, grandparents, uncles, aunts, and guests. An upper floor houses a temple decorated with marigold flowers and a wooden OM symbol paneling for his mother's devotional bhajans. The house includes a private gym, a gaming room for cousins, and two kitchens, including a white open kitchen with a breakfast bar and large glass windows. Farah Khan compared the estate's family atmosphere to a Sooraj Barjatya film set like 'Maine Pyar Kiya'.

Cars and Future Plans

Sourav possesses an extensive collection of luxury vehicles in his basement parking area, including a Ferrari, Thar, Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon, Porsche, and a mustard-and-black limited Trophy Edition Defender priced around 1.6 crore rupees on-road. Outside, he has purchased a plot of land across the street to construct another green residential building. He is also considering buying a property in the mountains.

Context

Creator-led digital content creation has evolved into a major economic sector in India, allowing independent video creators to build substantial personal wealth and real estate assets. Haldwani serves as a prominent urban center in Uttarakhand where digital media personalities often establish large residential properties while staying connected to their regional roots.
