Anushka Sharma and Family Invest Rs 25.8 Crores in Mumbai Apartments

Actor Anushka Sharma and her parents have spent nearly Rs 25.8 crores on two luxury apartments in Mumbai. Property registration documents show the deals were registered on July 8, 2026.

Apartment Purchases

Anushka Sharma bought a flat on the 24th floor of Tower A at Godrej Skyshore on Yari Road in Versova for close to Rs 14.9 crores. This home has a total area of about 2,153.7 square feet, which includes a carpet area of around 2,026 square feet and a balcony and terrace area of about 128 square feet. She also paid Rs 74.48 lakhs in stamp duty and got three covered basement parking spaces. Her parents, Ashima Ajay Kumar Sharma and Ajay Kumar Sharma, bought a second flat on the same floor in the same building for Rs 10.91 crores. Their unit spans a total area of about 1,577 square feet, with a carpet area of around 1,477.8 square feet and roughly 99.2 square feet of balcony and terrace space. They paid Rs 65.45 lakhs as stamp duty and received two covered basement parking spaces.

Project Details

Both properties are part of an under-construction project developed by Godrej Properties and bought from One-Stop Business Services LLP. The agreements state that possession of both apartments will happen on or before June 30, 2031, with payments linked to construction milestones. The rate comes to about Rs 73,600 per square foot for the first apartment and between Rs 73,500 and Rs 74,000 per square foot for the second.
