Actor Ranbir Kapoor has joined the Pune-based real estate developer Mantra Group as its new brand ambassador. The partnership marks a new phase of expansion for the company across residential, commercial, and retail segments. As part of this tie-up, Kapoor will appear in a brand film alongside Mantra Group Managing Director Rohit Gupta.
Growth and Expansion
Established in Pune in 2007, the company has grown over nearly two decades. It has expanded its reach into Mumbai and international markets through branded residences in partnership with luxury brand Jacob & Co. The firm's luxury division, Burgundy, has previously collaborated with designer Manish Malhotra, while Ganti Associates is also linked with its projects. Managing Director Rohit Gupta noted that both the company and Kapoor started their journeys in 2007, making the actor a fitting personality to represent the brand's evolution.
The Festival of Choices
Kapoor stated that he was drawn to the firm's ambition to grow and explore new markets. The partnership is launching alongside a major consumer campaign titled 'The Festival of Choices'. This campaign will unite the company's portfolio under one platform, offering customer benefits across both Mantra and Burgundy projects.
Context
Real estate firms often use prominent celebrity endorsements to build trust and increase visibility when entering new geographic markets or launching large-scale residential projects. Such partnerships help brands connect directly with retail buyers and stand out in crowded urban housing sectors.
