The Hyundai Venue N Line and Skoda Kylaq both feature a three-cylinder turbo-petrol engine with similar engine sizes and power outputs. The Venue N Line uses a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox while the Kylaq comes with a six-speed torque converter automatic. Both compact sport utility vehicles weigh nearly the same and have a forty-five litre fuel tank. The Hyundai model has a higher price range, going from eleven point five six lakh to fifteen point four nine lakh rupees, while the Skoda rival costs between nine point two five lakh and twelve point nine nine lakh rupees ex-showroom in India.

Fuel Efficiency Test Results

Real-world tests show that the Hyundai Venue N Line is more fuel-efficient than the Skoda Kylaq by about one kilometre per litre on average. The Hyundai SUV delivered nine point nine zero kilometres per litre in the city and fourteen point three zero kilometres per litre on the highway, giving a tested average of twelve point one zero kilometres per litre. The Skoda Kylaq delivered eight point seven zero kilometres per litre in the city and thirteen point three six kilometres per litre on the highway, resulting in a tested average of eleven point zero three kilometres per litre. Because of its better fuel economy, the Hyundai Venue N Line can cover over forty-eight kilometres more than the Skoda Kylaq on a full tank of petrol.
