Actor Ranbir Kapoor has rented out his luxury apartment at Trump Towers in Pune for a starting monthly rent of Rs 4,63,050. Property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix show that the agreement was registered on October 6, 2026, for a three-year term running from September 20, 2026, to September 19, 2029.
Property Details
The 6,094-square-foot apartment sits in the Yerwada area of Pune's Kalyani Nagar and includes three car parking spots along with a security deposit of Rs 27.78 lakh paid to the actor. The rent will increase by five percent each year, bringing the total payable amount over the 36-month period to Rs 1.75 crore. Kapoor originally bought this property for more than Rs 11 crore in 2015.
Real Estate Portfolio
Kapoor has been actively expanding his property investments across India. Earlier in 2026, he bought four land parcels spanning roughly 25 acres in Pune's Mulshi taluka for Rs 16.42 crore and a 2,134-square-foot plot at The House of Abhinandan Lodha's project in Ayodhya for Rs 3.31 crore. He also rented out his apartment in Mumbai's Pali Hill for Rs 11 lakh per month in May.
Professional Front
On the work front, Kapoor is preparing for Nitesh Tiwari's upcoming mythological film Ramayana: Part 1, where he plays Lord Rama alongside Sai Pallavi as Sita. The movie releases on November 5, 2026, and features Yash, Sunny Deol, Lara Dutta, and Ravi Dubey. He is also working on Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Love & War.
Context
