Actor Ranbir Kapoor has given his apartment at Trump Towers in Pune on a three-year lease for a monthly rent of Rs 4.63 lakh. Property papers checked by CRE Matrix show the agreement was registered on October 6, 2026. This deal will bring in about Rs 1.75 crore in total rent over the three-year period.

Property Details

The rented flat sits on the 10th floor of Tower A at Trump Towers in Yerwada, Pune, covering an area of 6,094 square feet along with three covered parking spots. Ruchi Goel takes the property as the licensee, while Shanti Shivdas Malik acts for Ranbir Kapoor through a power of attorney. The lease runs from September 20, 2026, to September 19, 2029. The monthly rent goes up by 5% every year, starting at Rs 4.63 lakh for year one, moving to Rs 4.86 lakh for year two, and reaching Rs 5.11 lakh for year three. The deal also includes a security deposit of Rs 27.78 lakh. Ranbir Kapoor and his late father, actor Rishi Kapoor, originally bought apartments in this building back in 2015 for about Rs 13 crore each.

Current Projects

This property deal happens while Ranbir Kapoor works on the promotions for his upcoming film Ramayana, directed by Nitesh Tiwari and set for a theatrical release on November 5, 2026. An international trailer for the movie was recently launched at a big event in Bengaluru, where Ranbir joined the cast and crew. The trailer gives a look at Ranbir playing Lord Rama in a face-off with Yash, who plays Ravana.
