The Vadaanya Talent Test 2026 will take place on December 13, 2026, across the Anantapur and Sri Sathya Sai districts of Andhra Pradesh. Vadaanya Janaa Society, an NGO formed in 2010 to help underprivileged students from rural areas, is organising the test. Founder Ashok Padapati announced the schedule during a programme at the AF Ecology Centre in Anantapur, where the event poster and a question booklet were released. Organizers have taken official permission from the District Collectors and District Education Officers for holding the exam. The released booklet includes question papers from the past five years to help students understand the exam format. Around 10,000 students studying in government schools across the two districts are expected to take part. Online sign-ups open on November 1, 2026, and students can check the official website at www.vadaanya.org for rules and updates.

Context

Scholarship tests and talent hunts help connect rural students with academic support and competitive exam coaching. Organisations like Vadaanya work to bridge the gap between rural schooling and top higher education institutions in India.
