The State Bank of India has released the admit cards for the 2026 Clerk preliminary examination, commonly known as the Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) recruitment test. Candidates who applied for this hiring drive can now download their call letters by visiting the official website at sbi.bank.in.

Exam Schedule And Format

The preliminary exam is scheduled to take place on September 26 and 27, 2026. The test will be conducted online for a total of 100 marks and will last for 60 minutes. The paper is split into three sections: English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability. The English section contains 30 questions, while both the Numerical Ability and Reasoning Ability sections have 35 questions each. Each section has a strict time limit of 20 minutes.

How To Download

To get the hall ticket, applicants need to head to the SBI Careers section and find the Junior Associates recruitment link under advertisement number CRPD/CR/2026-27/17. After clicking on the preliminary exam call letter link, candidates must log in using their registration number along with either their password or date of birth, followed by the security code shown on the screen. Once logged in, candidates should print out the admit card.

Important Instructions

Every admit card will show the candidate's specific exam date, shift timing, reporting time, and exam centre address. Because students are assigned different shifts, there is no single reporting time for everyone, meaning candidates must carefully check their own call letters. The online application window for this recruitment process ran from August 11 to August 31, 2026. Students are advised to verify all personal details, photographs, and roll numbers printed on their hall tickets before heading to the test venue.
