Property Sale

Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff has sold an apartment in Mumbai's Khar West area for Rs 9 crore. The transaction was registered on October 22, 2026, just four days after a firing incident near his vehicle. Real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix shared the property registration documents. The ninth-floor apartment is inside the Rustomjee Paramount D Co-operative Housing Society. It features a carpet area of 1,291.14 square feet along with an exclusive area of 95.80 square feet. The sale rate stood at roughly Rs 64,891 per square foot, and the deal attracted a stamp duty of Rs 54 lakh while including two covered car parking spaces. The actor originally bought this property from developer Keystone Realtors Private Limited on July 17, 2018, for Rs 7.61 crore, and took possession on November 30, 2019.

Firing Incident

The property sale follows a shooting on October 18, 2026, in Mumbai's Juhu area, where Tiger narrowly escaped injury. As he left a football ground, three men on a motorcycle approached his car and fired five rounds, with multiple bullets hitting the vehicle. Tiger escaped with minor gunpowder burn marks, but his driver and a fan named Umesh Chauhan sustained serious injuries. Police officers later stated that the suspects initially intended to target another prominent Bollywood star before switching to Tiger due to security constraints. Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde visited the actor to assure him of strict action, while Devendra Fadnavis spoke to him over the phone. Multiple arrests have been made, and the investigation remains ongoing. Following the incident, Tiger's father, Jackie Shroff, attended a road-naming ceremony for Bappi Lahiri Marg in Mumbai and met Devendra Fadnavis.
