Five companies are launching initial public offerings next week to raise close to 2600 crore rupees from the primary market, keeping investor activity strong. EAAA India Alternatives, SFC Environmental Technologies, M K Sons Fine Jewels, BLS Polymers, and Bombay Coated and Special Steels are the firms floating their public offerings between October 26 and October 29. These upcoming issues follow a very busy period where 104 companies have raised over 1.4 trillion rupees through public offerings so far in 2026.
Specifics
EAAA India Alternatives opens its 1200-crore rupee public issue on October 26 with a price band of 1585 to 1665 rupees per share, and this issue is entirely an offer for sale by the Edelweiss Group. SFC Environmental Technologies launches a 668-crore rupee public issue with a price band of 313 to 330 rupees per share to help fund debt repayment and working capital. M K Sons Fine Jewels offers a 275.4-crore rupee share sale starting October 28 to fund inventory for new showrooms and repay loans. BLS Polymers brings a 255-crore rupee issue on October 27 to expand manufacturing and working capital, while Bombay Coated and Special Steels starts an 183.1-crore rupee fresh issue on October 29 to clear borrowings and buy equipment.
Context
Companies use public offerings to raise funds directly from the public for business growth, debt clearing, or allowing early backers to cash out their investments. The Indian primary market has seen massive fundraising activity this year across diverse sectors like alternative investments, polymers, steel, wastewater treatment, and retail.
