Five companies are set to launch their initial public offerings next week, seeking to raise close to ₹2,600 crore from the primary market. BLS Polymers and Bombay Coated and Special Steels would also float their maiden public offerings during the week, alongside EAAA India Alternatives, SFC Environmental Technologies, and M. K. Sons Fine Jewels. According to merchant bankers, several other firms including Gujarat Victory Forging, Milestone Gears, Avaada Electro, Swara Baby Products, Integris Medtech, and AGS Health are also in the pipeline for future IPOs. These companies plan to announce their price bands and launch schedules by November 5 to avoid the extended Diwali holiday period in Gujarat, where business activity pauses for the post-Diwali Labh Pancham observance from November 6 to 15. The upcoming issues arrive after a busy month in the primary market that featured Jio Platforms launching India's largest-ever public issue worth ₹30,213 crore. So far in 2026, 104 companies have raised over ₹1.4 lakh crore through IPOs.
Offer Details
The five upcoming issues open for subscription between October 26 and October 29 across sectors like alternative investments, polymers, steel processing, wastewater treatment, and jewellery retail. EAAA India Alternatives opens its ₹1,200-crore IPO on October 26 with a price band of ₹1,585 to ₹1,665 per share, valuing the firm at ₹10,765 crore. The issue is an entirely secondary offer for sale by the Edelweiss Group, though the firm has already raised about ₹360 crore from anchor investors. SFC Environmental Technologies launches a ₹668-crore IPO priced between ₹313 and ₹330 per share, combining a fresh issue of ₹150 crore with an offer for sale. M. K. Sons Fine Jewels starts its ₹275.4-crore IPO on October 28 with a price band of ₹153 to ₹162 per share to fund inventory and showroom expansion in Maharashtra and Gujarat. BLS Polymers begins its ₹255-crore IPO on October 27 at ₹142 to ₹150 per share to expand its manufacturing plant and fund working capital. Bombay Coated and Special Steels opens an ₹183.1-crore all-fresh issue on October 29 priced at ₹78 to ₹82 per share to clear debt and buy equipment.
Context
Initial public offerings allow private companies to raise funds from the public by selling shares, which helps them finance business growth, pay off debt, or let early backers cash out. The primary market remains busy as businesses tap strong investor demand before festive season closures slow down trading activity.
