Actor Tiger Shroff sold a flat in Mumbai's Khar West area for nine crore rupees on October 22, based on property papers from the firm CRE Matrix. The ninth-floor home sits inside the Rustomjee Paramount D Co-operative Housing Society and has a carpet space of 1,291.14 square feet with an extra 95.80 square feet. The deal price came to roughly 64,891 rupees per square foot, and the buyer paid 54 lakh rupees in stamp duty alongside two covered parking slots. Shroff bought this same flat from builder Keystone Realtors Private Limited on July 17, 2018, for 7.61 crore rupees and took charge of it on November 30, 2019. The actor was not available to give a comment on the deal.
Past Deals
This marks the second flat Shroff has sold in this housing project. Last year, he sold a 22nd-floor home here for 15.6 crore rupees after buying it in 2018 for 11.62 crore rupees. That older deal brought in a gain close to 31 percent. Earlier this year on March 31, he also sold a flat in Pune's Hadapsar area for 8.87 crore rupees. He had bought that property in March 2024 for 7.5 crore rupees.
