New Features

Bajaj is rolling out updates across its motorcycle lineup, with the entry-level Pulsar NS125 now spotted at dealer showrooms ahead of its official launch. The updated model features a revised LCD instrument cluster alongside fresh colour options, while keeping its overall design and mechanical setup mostly unchanged. Spy shots show a new display featuring a large central speed readout, a gear position indicator, a tachometer, a clock, fuel gauge, and an instantaneous fuel economy readout.

Variants and Colours

While the spotted version uses an updated LCD screen, a higher variant with a premium TFT display capable of mirroring Google Maps navigation is also expected. The motorcycle has been spotted in fresh colour combinations, including glossy black with red graphics on the tank extensions, belly cowl, and rear panels, alongside wheel rim accents. Another version was seen with fluorescent yellow or neon green accents, and a black-grey option is also available.

Engine and Pricing

The bike retains its 124.45cc engine, which delivers 12 horsepower and 11 Nm of peak torque arriving at 7,000 rpm. For comparison, the classic Pulsar 125 uses a 124.38cc motor making 11.8 hp and 10.8 Nm, while the N125 features a 124.59cc engine producing 12 hp and 11 Nm. The current Bajaj Pulsar NS125 has a starting price of Rs 99,622, and it remains unconfirmed if the upcoming updates will bring a price hike.

Context

Automakers frequently refresh their popular entry-level motorcycle ranges with new paint schemes and tech features to maintain buyer interest against competing models like the TVS Raider. Dealership arrivals typically indicate that a formal market launch and customer deliveries are only a few weeks away.
