Noah Wyle Wins People Magazine Sexiest Man Alive Title

Actor Noah Wyle has been named People magazine's sexiest man alive for 2026.

Family And Friends

Wyle said the news sounded like a prank and he never thought the honor would go to him. He expects plenty of teasing from his friends and family. His wife Sara was very pleased with the title, noting it reflects well on her taste and highlights the kind of husband and father he is. His children had mixed reactions. His son Owen worried it would make his life harder because of haters, while his older daughter Auden did not believe it at all.

Career And Past Winners

Wyle is known for playing Dr John Carter in the medical drama ER from 1994 to 2006. He now stars in the HBO Max drama The Pitt, where he won two Emmys for playing Dr Michael Robinavitch. His former ER co-star George Clooney won the same sexiest man title twice in 1997 and 2006. Wyle follows previous winners Jonathan Bailey, John Krasinski, and Patrick Dempsey.
