T-Series has bought the exclusive global commercial music rights for the upcoming movie King for fifty years. Red Chillies Entertainment facilitated this major agreement through Zee Music Company to end talk about a shorter licensing deal.
Deal Details
The deal gives T-Series full worldwide commercial control over all music assets for five decades. A company spokesperson stated that the arrangement is a long-term acquisition rather than a short-term handover. The rights cover every song, music video, and related publishing interest under the T-Series banner.
Cast And Crew
Siddharth Anand is directing the action film, which stars Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Suhana Khan, and Abhishek Bachchan. This project marks the first time Shah Rukh and Suhana will act together as father and daughter on screen. Sachin-Jigar are composing the music, and Anirudh Ravichander is handling the background score. The soundtrack also features a collaboration between Ed Sheeran and Arijit Singh.
Context
