Mika Singh Discusses Journey From One-Room House To 100-Acre Farm And 99 Properties

Singer Mika Singh shared details about his large real estate holdings, including a massive 100-acre farmhouse in Delhi and a total of 99 properties. ## The Farmhouse Reaching the sprawling Delhi estate requires four types of travel, involving a flight from Mumbai, a car ride, a boat trip, and sometimes a horse ride. Mika explained that he wanted to offer his wealthy friends an experience they could not get elsewhere, since they own luxury cars like Maybachs and Rolls-Royces but lack boats and horses. The property started as a two-acre plot that resembled a forest, where he initially stayed in a tent. An acquaintance encouraged him to buy more land there, and several hotels later opened nearby, including the Taj Vivanta located right across the farm. The massive estate includes horses, tractors, a camel, mustard fields, a helipad, a temple, a gurdwara, and a private music studio. It also features a food spot styled like a traditional dhaba with string cots. Mika noted that the farm provides livelihoods for about 150 families, with around 50 people living on-site permanently and over 200 total individuals working on the grounds. ## His 99 Properties Discussing his claim of owning 99 properties, Mika contrasted his current success with his past. He grew up with five siblings in a single one-room house in Tilak Vihar, Delhi, after moving from Punjab. That very same first home is still in his possession, and it was also the childhood residence of his brother, Daler Mehndi, with whom he collaborated to become a music star in the late 1990s.
