Actress Aishwarya Lekshmi has cleared up false reports about her joining the cast of the upcoming pan-India movie Raaka. Recent stories claimed she was part of the film and might play a negative role, but she has denied these claims directly. Speaking to India Today, Aishwarya stated clearly that she is not part of the project. She also made a joke about the rumours by saying she hopes someone will cast her in it soon. Her name started spreading online as various platforms reported on the big cast being put together for the film. Raaka is directed by Atlee and stars Allu Arjun and Deepika Padukone in lead roles. The film is produced by Sun Pictures and features music by Sai Abhyankkar. Atlee's past film Jawan, starring Shah Rukh Khan, became one of the highest-grossing Indian films ever. Raaka is being shot mainly in Mumbai, and Allu Arjun has reportedly asked the team to finish shooting by the end of December 2026 so he can start his next project with Lokesh Kanagaraj.
