The thriller earned a net Rs 19 crore in India on Day 5, bringing its domestic net total to Rs 216.50 crore and its India gross to Rs 259.80 crore. Worldwide gross now stands at Rs 341.30 crore, with overseas earnings reaching Rs 81.50 crore after a Rs 9.50 crore day‑5 haul. The film played 16,075 shows on Tuesday. Overall theatre occupancy fell to 23.42% (morning 12.00%, afternoon 19.54%, evening 24.62%, night 37.54%), down from 24.71% the previous day.

Competition and Rankings

Drishyam 3 outruns its own predecessors, beating the opening‑day numbers of Drishyam (2015) and Drishyam 2 (2022). It also outperformed the Day 5 net of Drishyam 2 (Rs 10.50 crore) and of Ajay Devgn’s earlier release Dhamaal 4 (Rs 9.5 crore). The film sits behind Dhurandhar 2 (Rs 1,186.32 crore), Border 2 (Rs 362.76 crore), Hanuman Ansh (Rs 325.48 crore) and Mirzapur The Movie (Rs 233.12 crore), and ahead of Bhooth Bangla (Rs 199.23 crore). Competing releases this week include Vishal Chaturvedi’s Hanuman Ansh (Rs 326.4 crore net in India) and Sidharth Malhotra’s Force of the Forrest (Rs 64.12 crore net).

Cast and Production

Directed by Abhishek Pathak, the film is produced by Star Studio18 and Panorama Studios. Ajay Devgn returns as Vijay Salgaonkar, joined by Tabu as IG Meera Deshmukh, Shriya Saran as Nandini Salgaonkar, and supporting actors Ishita Dutta, Mrunal Jadhav, Rajat Kapoor, Kamlesh Sawant, Prakash Raj and Jaideep Ahlawat.
