Tata has launched a blacked-out Dark Edition cosmetic package for the Sierra SUV, with prices starting at Rs 13.99 lakh for the Pure L trim and going up to Rs 21.59 lakh for the top-spec Accomplished+ trim, with all prices being ex-showroom in India. The Dark Edition is available from the Pure L trim onwards, costing Rs 20,000 extra compared to the standard version on this base trim, while all higher trims cost Rs 30,000 extra. On the outside, the vehicle comes painted in Friesian Black as standard, featuring black exterior trim instead of chrome, darkened alloy wheels and Tata emblems, and '#DARK' badging on the front fenders. Inside the cabin, the black theme continues with violet metallic trim pieces on the door handles, AC vent bezels, front armrest, and front seatbacks, along with purple seat stitching. The interior layout and features list remain unchanged from the standard versions, meaning buyers can get features like ventilated front seats, a panoramic sunroof, dual-zone climate control, a 360-degree camera, a triple-screen setup, a powered tailgate, connected car tech, Level 2 ADAS, and a 12-speaker JBL Black sound system depending on the chosen variant. Engine and gearbox options are also unchanged from the standard trims, offering a 106hp 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine with a 6-speed manual or 7-speed DCT, a 118hp 1.5-litre diesel motor with a 6-speed manual or 6-speed torque converter, and a 160hp 1.5-litre direct-injection turbo-petrol motor paired exclusively with a 6-speed torque converter.
