George and Amal Clooney Visit Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber After Son Presley Dies at 27

George and Amal Clooney visited their longtime friends Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber following the death of their 27-year-old son, Presley Gerber. The couple arrived at the Los Angeles home of Crawford and Gerber's daughter, Kaia Gerber, in a black SUV on Tuesday, September 22. George waited by the vehicle while Amal stepped inside during the quiet visit, which took place two days after Presley's passing. Presley died on September 20 at the age of 27, according to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner. Police are investigating the death as a suspected overdose, while the official cause of death remains unreleased as the investigation continues. The family has requested privacy. George and Rande have been close friends since meeting in the 1990s, later becoming business partners in the tequila brand Casamigos alongside Mike Meldman. The Clooneys have known Presley and Kaia since they were children, and George had previously offered advice and support to the young model. Presley followed his mother into modeling and spoke publicly about his mental health struggles and substance abuse, using his platform to help others facing similar challenges. Weeks before his death, his sister Kaia spoke about his openness in an August interview, noting that he chose to be vulnerable and human for everyone rather than hide difficult experiences. Numerous celebrities paid tribute following his death. Paris Hilton remembered him on Instagram as a kind and gentle soul with a beautiful heart, while Brooklyn Beckham wrote that he was the kindest and would be deeply missed. Brody Jenner and Chase Keith also shared tributes on social media.
