Reliance Industries will hold a board meeting on October 30, 2026, to approve its financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30. The company will review both standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results and organize an analyst meeting following the board session.

Fundraise and Jio Earnings

The board will also consider raising funds by issuing listed, secured or unsecured, redeemable non-convertible debentures through private placement in one or more tranches. Meanwhile, Jio Platforms will review its own September-quarter and half-year results on the same date, following its share market listing on October 28.

Financial Projections

Nuvama Research projects Reliance's consolidated EBITDA to rise 17 percent year-on-year to ₹ 53,700 crore and profit after tax to increase 15 percent to ₹ 20,900 crore. The oil-to-chemicals business could see EBITDA jump 38 percent to ₹ 20,700 crore, supported by higher throughput and stronger fuel cracks. Nuvama maintains a buy rating on the stock with a target price of ₹ 1,766.

Context

Quarterly earnings schedules are regulatory events where large listed corporations publicly disclose their financial performance and business health to shareholders and market regulators. Companies often use board meetings during these cycles to evaluate secondary capital-raising options like non-convertible debentures to fund ongoing business operations and expansion plans.
