Advance ticket sales for Drishyam The Conclusion have crossed ten crore rupees just three days before the film reaches cinema halls. The final chapter of the mystery series arrives in theatres on October 2, a date that holds special meaning for the franchise. Advance sales opened on September 27 and picked up strong momentum right away.

Sales Figures

The film sold one point six lakh passes for its first day and added another lakh for Saturday. In just forty-eight hours, the project crossed four lakh total passes sold nationwide for its first weekend. Trade projections show the opening day advance numbers alone reached six point six five crore rupees by Tuesday morning. These figures have already beaten the final advance sales total of the second part, which stood at five point zero nine crore rupees.

Box Office Outlook

Trade experts previously expected the movie to bring in twenty-five to thirty crore rupees on day one. With the fast pace of ticket sales, many insiders are now revising their projections upward. Some experts believe the opening collection could rival major hits like War and Pathaan by crossing forty-five crore rupees.

Cast and Crew

Abhishek Pathak directed and wrote this third instalment, which features a brand new plot that moves away from the Malayalam series path. Ajay Devgn returns as Vijay Salgaonkar alongside returning actors Tabu, Shriya Saran, Rajat Kapoor, Ishita Dutta, Mrunal Jadhav, and Kamlesh Sawant. New additions to the ensemble include Jaideep Ahlawat, Prakash Raj, and Saurabh Shukla.

Context

Sequels to popular mystery thrillers often draw large crowds on opening weekend when earlier chapters built a loyal fanbase. Advance sales figures give studios and cinema owners an early look at audience interest before general ticket counters open on release day.
