Major carmakers including Skoda, Tata Motors, Nissan, Renault, Kia, Toyota, and Maruti Suzuki are rolling out festive discounts and benefits on compact SUVs for October 2026. These offers include cash reductions, exchange or scrappage bonuses, and loyalty schemes, though exact savings depend on the specific city, model, and stock availability. The Skoda Kylaq leads the market with total benefits reaching up to Rs 90,000, backed by prices spanning from Rs 7.59 lakh to Rs 13.09 lakh. The Tata Nexon follows closely with benefits touching up to Rs 75,000 on select turbo-petrol manual versions, while its CNG variant gets up to Rs 60,000 and the diesel version receives up to Rs 20,000, with overall prices sitting between Rs 7.4 lakh and Rs 13.77 lakh. Meanwhile, the Nissan Magnite offers benefits up to Rs 72,000, and the Renault Kiger lists benefits up to Rs 65,000 on its VIN 2026 models. Other popular choices are also seeing festival season price cuts. The Kia Syros provides benefits up to Rs 55,000 alongside a free extended warranty, while the Kia Sonet offers up to Rs 50,000 depending on the powertrain and variant. Toyota Taisor buyers can save up to Rs 45,000 on turbo-petrol variants and up to Rs 40,000 on non-turbo and CNG trims. The Tata Nexon EV is available with benefits up to Rs 45,000, the Maruti Jimny provides up to Rs 40,000 off on its Zeta and Alpha trims, and the Maruti Fronx caps its maximum benefits at Rs 20,000 for 1-litre turbo-petrol variants.
Context
Automobile manufacturers in India traditionally scale up marketing efforts, cash discounts, and exchange bonuses during the festival season to tap into consumer spending sentiment. Because regional stock levels and local dealer margins vary, these promotional schemes often differ across cities. Prospective buyers are generally advised to verify final ex-showroom and on-road figures directly with authorized local showrooms.
