Leaked details point to a larger 6.55-inch display, an advanced 2nm chip, and dual 48MP rear cameras for the unannounced Apple iPhone Air 2.

Leak Details

Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station shared details on Weibo on October 30, 2026, indicating that Apple might fix the battery life and camera limits of the first model. The leaked specifications suggest a flat OLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1.5K+ resolution, and LTPO technology for better power use. The phone could also keep a thin 5.2mm body.

Performance And Cameras

The device is expected to use an A20-series chipset built on a 2nm process for improved power efficiency and speed. Apple may also include its own N2 wireless chip and C2 modem. The camera system is tipped to feature two 48MP rear sensors, adding an ultra-wide lens alongside the main one for better group and landscape photos.

Context

Apple has not officially confirmed these details, pricing, or release plans for the new device. The first-generation iPhone Air launched in India in September 2025 with a starting price of Rs. 119,900 for the 256GB storage option, while higher storage variants reached up to Rs. 159,900.
