UPDATE - follow-up to Drishyam 3 box office collection day 3 (updated live): Ajay Devgn film continues rampage, crosses ₹150 crore to beat Awarapan 2, The RajaSaab lifetime: Drishyam The Conclusion crossed the ₹150 crore net mark on its third day, ending Sunday with about ₹160 crore net in India. The film opened with a ₹62 crore net on Friday, earned ₹53.5 crore on Saturday and added the remaining amount on Sunday. Advance bookings had already topped ₹50 crore and sold 13 lakh tickets before release, making it the fourth‑biggest opening‑day advance collection for a Hindi film. Morning shows on Sunday saw roughly 42% seat occupancy, with many tier‑2 and tier‑3 centres reporting higher fills. By Saturday the movie had overtaken Salman Khan’s Sikandar (₹107 crore). By Sunday afternoon it also passed Prabhas’ The RajaSaab (₹138 crore), Emraan Hashmi’s Awarapan 2 (₹150 crore) and Ajay Devgn’s own Shaitaan (₹144 crore). The weekend performance puts it near the top‑10 all‑time Hindi opening weekends, edging past War (₹166 crore) and Sultan (₹180 crore) but still behind Animal (₹202 crore) and Stree 2 (₹204 crore). It remains far from the record set by Dhurandhar 2 (₹443 crore) and the Jawan (₹286 crore) and Pathaan (₹280 crore) milestones. The film, written and directed by Abhishek Pathak, brings back Ajay Devgn’s Vijay Salgaonkar alongside Tabu, Shriya Saran, Rajat Kapoor, Ishita Dutta, Mrunal Jadhav, Kamlesh Sawant and newcomers Jaideep Ahlawat and Prakash Raj. It hit theatres on 2 October.

Context

Crossing ₹150 crore in three days places the film among the few Hindi releases that achieve such fast earnings, reflecting strong audience demand for the concluding chapter of the Drishyam franchise.
