Reviews and Response

The film opened to mixed reviews and criticism for poor writing and a familiar savior trope, though it achieved the biggest opening of Nani's career by a wide margin. Nani responded to the feedback on social media by posting that he received the love and trolls alike, felt heartwarmed that audiences owned the film, and learned from the flaws pointed out by critics.
